Nestor Wines is a brand that produces high-quality wines with the assistance of modern technology, excellent expertise, and the gifted land of Peloponnese, Greece. The company was founded in 2015 as a result of a pioneering collaboration between the Agricultural/Oenological Cooperative of Messinia O Nestor and the Lafazani family, owners of the Lafazani Winery located in Ancient Cleones, Nemea. Nestor Wines aims to revive the significant contribution of the historic Agricultural/Oenological Cooperative of Messinia to the Greek wine industry and to assist in the reestablishment of the Messinian vineyards with a fresh philosophy.

In pursuit of modernization and refinement, the production is now overseen by an experienced team of oenologists and experts, who conduct continuous experimentation and analysis to propel Nestor Wines into a new era. With a roster of 200 vine growers cultivating over 2,500 hectares, Nestor Wines showcases a range of popular international grape varieties that have gained Greek citizenship in Messinia, such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Grenache Rouge, Grenache Blanc, and Merlot, along with indigenous Greek varieties like Fileri, Moschofilero, Roditis, Fokiano, and Mandilaria. At their privately owned vineyard, they focus on the cultivation of the Fileri grape, studying and showcasing a variety of historical significance that is considered the ancestor of the more widely known and cultivated Greek grape varieties.
