Nestruhe

Nestruhe is a Berlin-based sleep consultancy founded by Franziska, a certified specialist in early childhood sleep. It supports parents of babies and toddlers aged zero to three who are navigating frequent night waking, difficulty falling asleep, short daytime naps, or stressful bedtime routines. The service is relationship-oriented and gentle, with guidance tailored to each family rather than rigid, one-size-fits-all methods.

Franziska draws on professional knowledge and her experience as a mother to help families find approaches that suit their child and circumstances. Consultations are offered online, making support available to families throughout Germany. Nestruhe’s services include a free introductory conversation, individual consultations and practical sleep strategies, follow-up support after advice, and a shorter telephone consultation.

The aim is to bring parents greater calm, clarity, and confidence while supporting more settled nights and loving sleep routines. Families can also contact Nestruhe directly or purchase gift vouchers. Its approach is described as empathetic, solution-focused, and scientifically informed, helping parents make thoughtful changes at a pace that feels appropriate for their family
