About Netservers
Netservers is a reputable brand that has been in the business of internet services since 1993. Originally known as Cambridge Computer Centre, they rebranded as Netservers in 1998 to focus on providing top-notch internet-related products and services. With a strong commitment to open source software, Netservers utilizes open source technologies at the core of their operations.
They have even developed their own web-based management system and an innovative firewall and network management system called FireRack, which has been deployed at numerous sites across the UK, including Cambridge University. Additionally, Netservers has rolled out their own ADSL hosting platform and private ADSL product nationwide. Their dedication to open source extends to giving back to the community by contributing bug-fixes and modifications to mainstream projects, such as the Linux kernel.
