נטע – המרכז לפיתוח קריירה, הנו ארגון ללא מטרת רווח, הפועל במגזר הפרטי והציבורי במטרה לסייע לנשים לממש את שאיפותיהן המקצועיות, להתקדם ולהצליח בעולם העבודה וליצור תרבות ניהול המקדמת הוגנות מגדרית. העמותה הוקמה בשנת 2006, ומנוהלת על ידי ד”ר יעל יצחקי, בעלת תואר שני בפסיכולוגיה חברתית וד”ר לניהול. נטע פועלת בשש דרכים מרכזיות: 1. הרצאות, קורסים וסדנאות בארגונים. 2. יעוץ ע”י פסיכולוגיות תעסוקתיות מומחיות הנועד לסייע לנשים להכיר ולממש את הפוטנציאל האישי והייחודי שלהן בעולם העבודה. 3. קורסים וסדנאות לנשים במרכז נטע. 4. קורסים וסדנאות לנשים בחברה הערבית. 5. מדד נטע® לארגונים – מדד מגדרי ייחודי, פרי פיתוחה של העמותה, הבוחן את התרבות הארגונית באמצעות מספר קריטריונים חיוניים למימוש הפוטנציאל המקצועי של העובדים והעובדות בארגון. 6. מחקרים – נטע חוקרת את ההשפעה של עולם העבודה על נשים וגברים. https://linktr.ee/nettacareer
