In het Netwerk tegen Armoede werken 61 verenigingen in Vlaanderen en Brussel samen met het uiteindelijke doel armoede en sociale uitsluiting uit te bannen. In de verenigingen staan mensen die in armoede leven centraal. Zij nemen er op alle niveaus het woord. Deze verenigingen kunnen voor ondersteuning van hun werking beroep doen op het team van het Netwerk tegen Armoede.

About Netwerk tegen Armoede
Netwerk tegen Armoede is a collaborative network consisting of 61 associations in Flanders and Brussels. Their ultimate goal is to eradicate poverty and social exclusion. The associations prioritize the voices of individuals experiencing poverty, involving them at all levels.
The network provides support to these associations to enhance their operations. Netwerk tegen Armoede focuses on various themes including education, health, income, housing, and sustainable employment. One of their campaigns, 17 October, aims to remove barriers faced by people in poverty on their journey towards sustainable employment.
They advocate for tailored guidance, fair working conditions, dignified jobs, and incomes above the poverty line. Netwerk tegen Armoede remains accessible during July and August via phone and email. They encourage organizations, employers, and individuals to get involved in their efforts to combat poverty.
