Flattery in 1997, Network211 uses 21st-century technology to communicate the 1st-century Gospel and help individuals discover and grow in their journey with God. The organization offers a variety of services to support global evangelism and discipleship, primarily via the Internet. When individuals search the internet with a life issue question, they can find a Network211 site that presents the Gospel to them.

A 1-2-1 connector then responds in their native language, providing personal guidance. Comprehensive discipleship opportunities and assistance in finding a local church are also offered. Network211 is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and all donations made to them are tax-deductible in the USA.

They are supported by friends who are dedicated to their vision and mission. In addition to their main outreach, Network211 launched The Warrior's Journey, an online resource for the military community, in 2016.
