About Neuma Corp
NEUMA is an organization dedicated to the construction of territory, the democratization of the arts, and the defense of rights in Fontibón, Bogota, Colombia. Founded in 2014, NEUMA emerged from the merger of two collectives, Gutural Art and Arte por Fontibón, which had been active in local cultural and artistic processes since 2009. NEUMA focuses on creating spaces for artistic training and circulation to democratize access to art and culture.
They have organized music festivals, promoted local music groups, and facilitated cultural exchanges within the district. Their projects span social, artistic, environmental, and community components, aiming to engage with diverse audiences and foster a sense of cultural citizenship.
