Neurodiversity in Business (NiB) is a business-led forum dedicated to promoting industry best practices for neurodiversity (ND) recruitment, retention, and empowerment within organizations. Our vision is to cultivate a corporate culture where neurodivergent individuals are valued and integral to the workforce. By creating a community of best practices, we aim to educate employers on the benefits of neurodiversity, empower neurodivergent individuals in their careers, and promote allyship and respect among all employees.

We strive to raise awareness and acceptance of neurodivergent individuals, showcasing the valuable contributions they bring to the workplace. With only 16% of autistic adults in full-time employment, we recognize the need for greater inclusivity and support.
