Support begins with a free initial conversation to understand the family’s concerns and what has changed. Neurogyms can then assess the person at home, considering mobility, balance, memory, orientation, behaviour, independence in everyday tasks, and safety risks in the living environment. Based on this assessment, it develops an integrated intervention plan, identifies priorities, and recommends which professionals should be involved. The family also receives ongoing guidance, professional support, and coordination of care.
