Kanta-Hämeen Neuroyhdistys is a regional association supporting people with multiple sclerosis (MS) and rare neurological conditions, as well as their families and other close contacts. As a member association of Neuroliitto, it connects people with information, peer support and opportunities to take part in local activities. Its program includes lectures, events, support groups and clubs, including NeuroHarnes, Mies Selviää – Miesten klubi, Lammin Letkeät and Neuro Martat & Martit.

The association also offers exercise activities, with options such as swimming and gym sessions, water exercise and local groups including Riksun reippaat, Voutilan vetreet and Riksun Vireet. Members can access swimming tickets and find information about services from organisations such as Kela, healthcare providers and local authorities through the association’s service guide. Membership is open to people affected by MS or rare neurological diseases, their close contacts and others.
