Neuro Sports Performance and Rehab is a San Antonio pain management and sports medicine clinic specializing in ARPwave therapy. Founded by chiropractor Dr. Sheri Earley and retired Green Beret Paul Coleman, the clinic serves people of all ages and activity levels, not just athletes. Its approach focuses on identifying the source of pain or injury and retraining the nervous system and muscles, rather than simply masking symptoms.

The clinic offers programs for chronic pain, injury recovery, post-surgery rehabilitation, and sports performance. ARPwave therapy is described as an FDA-approved, patented neuromuscular system intended to support recovery, improve movement, rebuild strength, and enhance athletic performance. Services address conditions such as neck and back pain, joint pain, headaches, sprains, tendonitis, fractures, and sports injuries, as well as rehabilitation following procedures including spinal fusion, joint replacement, and ligament surgery. Athletes can also seek performance support across sports such as baseball, golf, soccer, and track and field. Care begins with a consultation and diagnostic assessment to help tailor treatment to each person’s needs.
