NeuroVibes Music Therapy is a Portland-area practice providing music therapy for children and young adults with diverse abilities. Led by Mikelia, a board-certified music therapist, the practice offers neuro-affirming care grounded in applied neuroscience and individualized therapeutic goals. Its work supports neurodivergent and non-speaking clients, including those with autism, ADHD, developmental disabilities, ataxia, apraxia, SYNGAP1, and traumatic brain injury.

Sessions use music-making activities such as singing, playing instruments, games, movement, and songwriting to help clients build communication and social skills, express themselves, develop fine and gross motor abilities, and work on sensory-motor integration.
