NewBeginnings

NewBeginnings is a bodywork and massage practice in Fredensborg, Denmark, offering support through pregnancy, birth preparation and early motherhood. Its treatments are designed to promote calm, balance and wellbeing for body and mind in a quiet, welcoming setting. Each session is adapted to the client’s needs and pace.

Services include pregnancy massage to ease muscle tension and discomfort in the lower back and pelvis, encourage relaxation and support preparation for birth. Birth preparation treatments use calm, firm pressure to stimulate energy pathways, support circulation and help clients find a sense of readiness and trust as their due date approaches. After-birth treatments focus on physical and emotional recovery, with attention to areas such as the shoulders, neck and pelvis; clients may bring their baby. The practice also offers baby massage, helping parents build connection with their infant and learn to recognise the baby’s cues. Additional services include shiatsu massage and general massage sessions.
