NEW & ME is a Hamburg-based separation counselling service supporting people who are considering, experiencing, or recovering from a separation. Working across Germany, the brand helps clients navigate an emotionally demanding period with greater clarity and confidence, viewing separation not as failure but as an opportunity for a fresh start. Its confidential, personalised guidance combines emotional support with practical assistance tailored to each person’s circumstances and needs.

Services include professional counselling and coaching, help organising and prioritising decisions, planning next steps, and support with practical needs such as finding a new home. Clients can combine and customise services, with additional expertise available through NEW & ME’s network of professional providers across Germany. The approach emphasises trust and discretion, attentive listening, clear perspectives, and concrete solutions rather than discussion alone. NEW & ME offers an initial, non-binding introductory conversation by phone or in person, and can be contacted by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
