Neways Center, located in Ashland, Oregon, is a brand founded by Maria Connolly, a licensed therapist and coach. At Neways Center, Maria helps women unlock their potential and live more fully and mindfully through Somatic Coaching. Unlike traditional therapy, Somatic Coaching focuses on the entire body, not just thoughts and emotions.
Maria's approach is informed by her personal background, having grown up in Italy and later establishing a life in Ashland with her American husband. Her experiences have cultivated her consciousness and compassion as a coach. With a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, she combines her knowledge of psychology with Somatic Psychotherapy and Coaching to guide clients toward meaningful and purposeful lives.
In addition to coaching, Maria is also involved in leadership training, mentoring therapists and coaches, and teaching at Southern Oregon University. She is passionate about continuous learning and her favorite quote, The way we do one thing is the way we do everything, reflects her dedication to personal growth. To learn more about Maria and her coaching services, Neways Center offers a complimentary 30-minute consultation.
By partnering with Maria, individuals can embark on a journey towards personal and professional transformation
