New Being

The Christian New Being Fellowship is a Hong Kong Christian organisation focused on youth outreach and drug rehabilitation. Through faith-based support and practical training, it helps young people pursue recovery and rebuild their lives. Its services include residential training, life rebuilding programmes and family reconciliation support, alongside music ministry and creative learning through the New Being Youth Creative Arts School. The Fellowship also offers practical training and youth initiatives, including the Youth Shine Programme and a school re-entry programme.

Its facilities and locations include the New Being Training Centre in Pak Tam, the Sai Kung New Being Oasis, a Sai Kung hostel and the FRESH U Centre. The organisation also provides opportunities for learning, life experience and retreats, and shares recovery stories through its website and media channels. Community activities include village open days, gatherings for parents and worship services that bring families and former trainees together for fellowship and mutual support.
