About Newcastle Food Month
Newcastle Food Month is an annual food festival that celebrates the dining scene and culinary experiences of Newcastle, Australia. Presented by Charlestown Square and supported by the City of Newcastle, the event returns for its sixth year in April 2026. Its programme features three Signature Events, more than 70 other events and over 70 Plate Dates, bringing a month of food-focused activities to the city.
Visitors can explore the festival’s Signature Events, Feature Events and Plate Dates, with opportunities to discover local food and drink experiences. The programme also includes accommodation offers, such as the Foodie Sleepover package at Crystalbrook Kingsley, which combines a discounted stay with inclusions and the chance to create a personalised food itinerary.
