About NEW DAWN TRADERS
New Dawn Traders is an experimental business that is revolutionizing the shipping industry by harnessing the power of wind. We specialize in importing produce from across the Atlantic Ocean and European coastlines, entirely pollution-free. Inspired by the resilience of local food systems, we have created the Voyage COOP, a unique approach to international trade.
Through our network of sailing cargo vessels, producers, and allies, we are forging new models for supply chains that prioritize the planet and people. To celebrate and promote the pioneering sailing vessels, we organize Sail Cargo Festivals in Cornwall and host yearly meetings for the Sail Cargo Alliance, bringing together passionate individuals from around the world. Our products and events aim to invigorate a new maritime culture centered around sail-powered cargo ships, the goods they carry, and the communities they support.
