One of their key initiatives is the annual International Young Designers Contest, which allows participants to exchange experiences, gain new knowledge, and showcase their fashion vision to Ukrainian and international experts.

This contest fosters the development of horizontal connections in the Ukrainian fashion market. In addition, New Fashion Zone has a professional community called NFZ Community, where designers, insiders, influencers, and representatives from leading fashion companies, business communities, and associations can collaborate creatively. NFZ Bureau facilitates cooperation between young creative designers and large enterprises, giving designers the opportunity to bring their ideas to life in ready-to-market products.

NFZ Agency is an initiative that focuses on increasing the export volume of Ukrainian garment manufacturers and brands.

They provide services such as preparing for international markets, export operation support, developing presentations and commercial proposals, and organizing B2B meetings with potential clients. NFZ Education is another branch that focuses on identifying the knowledge gaps and needs of designers and fashion businesses, and creates relevant educational products. They host training sessions, webinars, and other educational events for representatives of the fashion and light industries, with the involvement of local and international experts.
