New Forest Taekwondo School offers high-energy, enjoyable martial arts classes for children and adults, promoting Taekwondo as a way to develop confidence, fitness, strength and flexibility. Its programmes cater to different ages and experience levels, with classes promoted in Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst, New Milton and Sway. Children aged four to seven can start with introductory classes that combine fun with practice in self-control, confidence and essential motor skills.
Junior classes for ages eight and over focus on physical fitness, mental strength and self-esteem, while also giving students opportunities to make friends. Adult and family classes are open to beginners and experienced black belts, and are described as suitable for a range of fitness levels and abilities. Participants can work towards personal goals while improving their fitness and learning the Korean art of self-defence.
