About Newhaus
Newhaus offers two design-focused holiday homes in Dierhagen-Neuhaus on Germany’s Baltic coast. Set beside a broad sand dune and surrounded by pine forests, House Sand and House Pine provide a distinctive setting for relaxing stays near the sea. Together, the homes accommodate up to 14 guests, with space for six in House Sand and eight in House Pine.
Their character combines bold architecture, carefully chosen colours, exclusive interior design and modern technical equipment. Both houses also feature high-quality contemporary art, with works by artists including Martin Eder, Thomas Scheibitz, Tony Cragg and others. Newhaus collaborates with Berlin’s Smac project space and shares local recommendations covering food, art and culture, and leisure activities.

Located about 35 kilometres northeast of Rostock and roughly two and a half hours by car from Berlin, Newhaus brings together design, culture and a coastal setting for holidaymakers
