New Horizons Bikes is a family-owned and operated bicycle shop in downtown Westfield, Massachusetts, serving cyclists in Western Massachusetts since Don and JoAnne Podolski opened the business in 1983. The shop offers a broad selection of bicycles for road, mountain, commuting, recreation, fitness, children’s riding, and electric biking, along with pre-owned bikes. Customers can also shop for components, tires, helmets, cycling shoes, apparel, accessories, and gear for transport and maintenance.

Beyond retail, New Horizons provides bicycle service and repair, bike fitting, and precision fit assessments using a digital body scan. Its team helps customers choose and fit equipment, with online ordering and free in-store pickup, as well as shipping on most items. The shop also offers trade-in programs for used and youth bikes and electric bikes, and financing options through Synchrony.

New Horizons supports local cycling through organized rides and events, including the Great River Ride and Berkshire Brevets. With experienced technicians and a wide range of products and services, the shop aims to help riders find, maintain, and enjoy bikes suited to their needs.
