About New Leaders Conference
New Leaders Conference, organized by the largest student organization AIESEC, is a project aimed at empowering young individuals to develop their leadership skills and take the first step towards creating positive change in society. With a tradition of 17 years and attracting over 600 young people between the ages of 16 and 25 from all over Serbia, this conference is a must-attend event. The theme for this year's conference is Beyond the regular - Shape your way.
In today's post-pandemic world, young people need motivation and the ability to adapt to uncertainty. We aim to provide a different perspective on personal growth and inspire young individuals to think outside the box and create their unique path. We have a wide array of speakers, including industry leaders, and conference partners who will assist us in achieving this goal.
