New Life New U provides personalized online health and wellness coaching focused on diabetes care and healthy lifestyle change. Led by Rosemary Oshinsky, a nurse coach and diabetes educator, the practice aims to help clients achieve greater well-being through practical, sustainable habits and individualized support. Its services include education and management for pre-diabetes and diabetes, guidance on healthy eating, and support tailored to each person’s needs.

Clients can book pre-diabetes management sessions and learn about diabetes technology through insulin pump and continuous glucose monitor support. The practice also offers an introduction to insulin pumps, along with educational programs and resources related to healthy living. Its approach emphasizes self-care and steady progress, helping people build lasting behavior changes rather than pursue quick fixes. New Life New U invites individuals to begin their health journey with a consultation and provides weekly health tips for subscribers. With a focus on personal attention and realistic strategies, the brand supports people seeking to better understand and manage diabetes while making healthier choices in everyday life.
