New Miles is a spinning club in Nijmegen offering indoor cycling rides built around music, rhythm, group energy, and personal focus. Its sessions help riders step away from everyday distractions, reset, and leave feeling recharged and stronger. A typical ride lasts about 45 minutes, with music and intensity varying by instructor.
