NewNormal Security develops practical security tools designed to help teams keep pace with faster software development and evolving cyber threats. Its flagship product, NewScan, is a free, all-in-one local scanner for authorized security testing across APIs, web applications, networks and infrastructure, Wi-Fi, and network segmentation. Users download it by email and can run scans on their own machines without creating an account.
NewScan checks for vulnerabilities, reproduces candidate findings before reporting them, and provides supporting evidence and severity ratings intended to avoid inflated alerts. The company emphasizes that its tools support human security professionals rather than replace their judgment: software identifies potential issues, while people interpret findings and decide how to address them. NewNormal also offers NewScan Pro, priced on the site at $2,000 per instance per year, alongside enterprise and team options, including services for managed service providers.
Optional paid online helpers are available, and the site describes integration with CI/CD pipelines. NewNormal Security also publishes technical resources, including benchmarks, vulnerability information, and remediation advice
