Nexial Partners

Nexial Partners is an engineering and mining consultancy that combines senior specialist expertise, proprietary artificial intelligence, and business perspective to support more efficient, valuable projects. Based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, the firm works across engineering, mining, infrastructure, digital transformation, and business development. Its model pairs experienced professionals, who guide decisions and provide technical curation, with AI tools that automate and assist engineering workflows.

The company offers four connected service areas. Engineering services include FEL 1–3 studies, feasibility work, conceptual and basic engineering, and technical due diligence. Its artificial intelligence offering includes specialist agents, engineering assistance, automation, and knowledge management. Strategy services cover asset portfolios, digital transformation roadmaps, and operational excellence. Capital services support asset valuation, structuring, and preparation for investment.

Nexial positions its approach as an alternative to fragmented, labor-intensive traditional processes, addressing project complexity, cost pressures, tight schedules, and scarce senior expertise. It states that its framework can deliver up to ten times greater productivity in engineering cycles, depending on project characteristics and automation levels.
