Nextel is a virtual telecom operator and performance advertising network that connects brands with a verified audience through mobile services and digital engagement. The platform offers virtual eSIMs, described as unique numbers that provide access to its network, and two plans: Diamond and Royal. Members can use sponsored calls, sponsored SMS, and interactive push alerts to engage with advertising and earn from activity, with earnings tracked through a personalized dashboard.

Nextel also offers NexPage, a personal website it says it creates and manages for members, generating revenue through advertising and VTU commissions. Additional features include campaign tools for businesses, real-time ad placement, and audience and device verification. The platform promotes global reach and offers a physical card for spending earnings, as well as bank transfers for withdrawals.

Users can register for free, activate an eSIM, and select a package based on their needs. Nextel presents its services as an ecosystem for advertisers seeking verified engagement and members looking to earn through participation and related digital services
