NEXT LEVEL PT

Next Level PT is a personal training brand founded around the idea that the right mindset, perseverance, and guidance can help people achieve their fitness goals. Based in Hilversum and Amsterdam, it offers a welcoming, individually focused approach to exercise, with sessions available by appointment. Training combines kickboxing and strength work to build fitness, strength, and technique while providing a varied workout. Coaches pay close attention to posture and exercise form, helping clients train effectively and reduce the risk of injury. Sessions use equipment such as pads, heavy bags, resistance bands, and dumbbells, alongside bodyweight exercises.

The brand offers three training formats. One-to-one sessions provide focused coaching and are 60 minutes long, typically split between boxing or kickboxing and strength training. Duo training lets partners work out together, share the experience, and encourage one another. Small-group training uses circuit-style sessions, including heavy-bag work to develop conditioning and technique. Next Level PT aims to support both physical progress and growing knowledge, adapting coaching to individual goals.
