NextPhase Movers

NextPhase Moving and Downsizing Inc. is a locally run Vancouver company that has supported seniors through moving and downsizing since 2008. With more than 860 clients served, the team focuses on making complex transitions calm, organized and respectful, with particular experience helping North Vancouver seniors move to new homes and retirement residences.

Services begin with a complimentary, obligation-free consultation to understand each client’s needs and plan the move. NextPhase specialists help sort belongings, decide what to keep, and arrange items for family, donation, consignment or disposal. The company also offers open-book value assessments for items clients wish to sell and works with consigners.

Its in-house team photographs, packs, labels and transports belongings, then unpacks and sets up the new home with care. Additional services include home cleaning before a sale and coordination with realtors, executors and contractors. NextPhase describes its approach as calm, client-focused and efficient, with attention to both practical details and the emotional well-being of seniors. The company also offers residential and commercial moving services.
