Next to Normal UK is the official home of the acclaimed London production of the award-winning musical Next to Normal. The site shares information about the show, its cast and creative team, reviews, and ways to experience the production, including cinema screenings in select UK theatres. The Donmar Warehouse production transferred to Wyndham’s Theatre for a limited West End season from 18 June to 21 September 2024.
With music by Tom Kitt and book and lyrics by Brian Yorkey, Next to Normal is an intimate portrait of family, illness, loss and grief. It follows Diana Goodman, a wife and mother living with bipolar disorder and confronting the effects of her past. The musical first debuted on Broadway in 2010, earning three Tony Awards and the Pulitzer Prize for Drama.
