As an organization of professional women in business and finance, our purpose is to ensure that women play a central role in shaping decisions that affect them as consumers, business owners, managers, and leaders in the financial industry. Our vision, Women in leadership enhancing Africa's economic competitiveness, drives our objectives to enhance Africa's economic competitiveness by engaging with financial sector stakeholders.

We aim to massively expand access to finance and financial services for women, both as retail users of finance and as owners of businesses and investors. Additionally, we strive to support the advancement of women to management, executive, and leadership positions within financial sector organizations. As a network and advocacy group, we foster consensus-building, innovative thinking, and creative approaches to empower women in the financial sector.
