Ngay Dau Tien

Ngày Đầu Tiên is a Vietnamese nonprofit health information project focused on helping people understand and manage chronic conditions. The website is sponsored by the Vietnam National Heart Association and the Vietnam Association of Diabetes and Endocrinology, and is recognized by Vietnam’s Ministry of Health. It serves patients and their family members, providing educational resources on hypertension, diabetes, and angina, including information about symptoms, diagnosis, treatment adherence, and potential complications.

Visitors can explore practical guidance on healthy eating, physical activity, and living well with chronic illness. The site also offers online tools to assess risks related to hypertension and diabetes, as well as a symptom questionnaire for angina. Its articles address topics such as blood pressure management, HbA1c testing, diabetes types, and responding to chest pain. People seeking additional support can contact a Ngày Đầu Tiên counseling room, ask a question, or consult the frequently asked questions. Through accessible education and risk-awareness resources, the project encourages people to recognize health concerns and seek appropriate medical guidance.
