Stella is a non-governmental association for active youth in Kharkiv, Ukraine. We offer a unique opportunity to explore the world of non-formal education and discover its principles and methods. Through various activities, we provide a platform for personal development and the acquisition of new life skills.

Non-formal education is a transformative process that allows learners to become architects of their own development. Our organization believes in the power of young people and aims to foster their personal growth and societal impact. We provide mobility opportunities, both locally and internationally, to broaden perspectives and promote tolerance, cultural diversity, and active citizenship.

With 4 years of experience, 8 local projects, 87 international activities, and 224 participants, we have established a strong presence in the youth work community. Led by a dedicated team of 3 experienced individuals, we are committed to supporting young people and bringing positive change to society.
