NGO Portal is an informational platform for non-profit organizations in Bulgaria, established in January 2010 by the Program and Analytical Center for European Law (PACEP) in partnership with the Bulgarian Center for Non-Profit Law (BCNP). The portal serves the ideal purpose of facilitating the sharing of up-to-date information relevant to the Bulgarian non-governmental sector. It offers Bulgarian civil organizations a censorship-free platform to showcase their work, attract supporters, like-minded individuals, and donors.

Additionally, it provides donors and socially responsible businesses with a space to promote their goals and programs to engaged citizens and showcase the results of their supported initiatives. The portal also serves as a showcase for active NGOs, offering a variety of materials and search options for Bulgarian citizens interested in supporting causes.
