Coach Cate, operating as NGT Coaching, is a women’s health and wellness coaching brand focused on helping women better understand and support their hormone health. Its approach combines nutrition, movement, stress management, mindset, and sustainable lifestyle changes, with an emphasis on addressing underlying factors rather than relying on restrictive diets or temporary fixes. Coach Cate offers the Hormone Balance Accelerator, a program designed to help clients build foundational wellness habits, and Functional Wellness Era, which provides personalized one-to-one support.
The brand also shares educational resources, including a free Period Audit Worksheet to help women review symptom patterns, and a Fall Recipe Guide with practical nutrition ideas. Its Healthy Period podcast covers hormones, healing, habits, and women’s health topics. Coach Cate serves clients locally in Kingston, New York, and virtually nationwide.
NGT Coaching describes its services as coaching, not medical care: it does not diagnose or treat disease, and clients are encouraged to seek advice and treatment from licensed medical professionals when needed
