NHSHistory.co.uk is a dedicated online resource that chronicles the development and evolution of the National Health Service (NHS) in the United Kingdom since its inception in 1948. The website serves as a comprehensive portal that compiles crucial information about the NHS's history, clinical progress, hospital services, and organizational changes. It includes various resources such as an online book titled From Cradle to Grave, which captures significant milestones and events from the NHS's establishment to present-day developments.
In addition to historical accounts, the site offers regularly updated insights on events and changes within the NHS since 1998. Users can access large files for download that detail specific developments and reviews from the Health Department.
