Nic Nair

The Nicholas Nair Foundation is a charitable organization established by the Nair family to honor the memory of Nicholas Nair, a University of Oklahoma meteorology student who died in a car accident in 2022. Guided by the values of love, kindness, and perseverance, the foundation aims to build a lasting legacy by helping students pursue their academic and professional ambitions.

Its mission is to provide scholarships to high school and college-age students who demonstrate financial need, exceptional kindness, and a commitment to their dreams and academic achievement. Planned awards include scholarships for meteorology students at the University of Oklahoma and students in choir, theater, and football at Hebron High School. The foundation also hopes to support other organizations in need as it grows.

To raise funds, the family and community work together through social and sporting events, tournaments, charitable dining, and donations. The foundation also shares updates about its events and offers clothing donation information.
