Nichols

Nichol’s Garden Group is an independent garden and lifestyle retailer serving Otago and Southland, with garden centres in Dunedin, Invercargill and Cromwell. Each location brings together a garden centre, pet shop, florist, gift shop, café and landscaping supply centre, making it a convenient destination for home, garden and outdoor needs.

Its garden range includes plants, seedlings, trees, shrubs, perennials, seeds, pots, soil and compost, along with gardening tools, lawn-care products, plant nutrition and pest-control supplies. The pet centre stocks essentials for cats, dogs, birds, fish, reptiles and small animals, including food, bedding, toys and care products. Customers can also find fresh flower bouquets, homewares, gifts, outdoor furniture, water features, landscaping materials and dry firewood.

Nichol’s offers landscape design and construction, as well as a garden consultation service. A team member can visit a customer’s garden and recommend plants suited to the property; the service also includes a discount on recommended plants. With products, specialist services and practical gardening advice, Nichol’s supports customers in creating and caring for their outdoor spaces.
