Nick Ladd is a renowned Canadian VR artist, specializing in illustrations and animations created with state-of-the-art VR tools and software. With a background in illustration and 3D animation from Dawson College in Montreal, Nick seamlessly combines his traditional art skills with his expertise in VR painting using the cutting-edge software Quill. This innovative approach to 3D art has propelled Nick to become one of the top 40 most-followed artists on Sketchfab and earned him first place in Autodesk's The Rookies competition in 2018.

As a lead Quill artist and animator, Nick has worked on various animated VR films, including the critically acclaimed short film Namoo directed by Erick Oh, the pioneering VR series Tales from Soda Island by Studio Syro, and his own creation, Four Stories, which he wrote and directed.
