Nick's New Beginnings

Nick’s New Beginnings is a recovery-support organization serving individuals and families affected by opioid, substance, and alcohol use disorders, as well as mental health challenges. Inspired by Nick, who lost his life to opioid addiction, the organization aims to offer encouragement, practical support, and hope for a new beginning. Its approach is grounded in lived experience, compassion, and respect for all pathways to recovery.

Services include peer support and coaching, recovery meetings, resource navigation, community outreach, and life-skills development. The organization helps people connect with detox and treatment options, housing, and other community resources. Its welcoming meetings provide a supportive space for people at every stage of recovery, while outreach seeks to build trust and reduce barriers for high-risk and underserved populations. Practical skill-building can cover budgeting, job readiness, and communication.
