NICO

NICO provides premium ground operations in Brazil for offshore companies, crew changes, and expatriate mobility. Operating since 1998, the company combines executive transportation, in-person arrival support, and immigration services under one contract and a 24/7 operations center. Its NICO Drive service offers fixed-price corporate transfers with bilingual drivers between airports, ports, hotels, offices, and operational bases. NICO Ground coordinates meet-and-greet services at ports and airports, accompanies travelers to the Federal Police, consulates, and occupational clinics, and assists with medical emergencies through accredited hospitals. NICO Visa supports work and maritime visa applications, CRNM registration and renewals, and the resolution of issues with relevant authorities.

NICO also provides a portal for corporate clients, a passenger app, and an app for qualified service providers. These tools support scheduling, live journey tracking, operational status updates, and billing visibility. Integrations connect NICO with company ERP and crew-management systems, with options for automated updates and AI-assisted requests. The company reports more than 500,000 passengers served and a 98.4% on-time service level over the past 30 days.
