FLOW is a swimming school serving infants, children and adults in Kraków and Niepołomice. It specialises in lessons for babies and children, offering an original programme informed by aquatic physiotherapy and designed to support early psychomotor development while building practical movement skills. Activities include water familiarisation, breath control, comfortable underwater submersion, coordination and balance exercises, and opportunities to strengthen parent-child bonds and social interaction. The programme also incorporates exercises based on the Halliwick concept. FLOW says its approach can help children develop independence in the water from as young as three.

Classes are led by qualified instructors experienced in swimming and working with children. The school emphasises safety, comfort and exercises suited to each group, with small classes of up to eight participants. Lessons take place at pools in Kraków and Niepołomice, including the Kraków Water Park and Niepołomice indoor pool. FLOW offers beginner groups for infants and young children, parent-accompanied sessions, independent classes for older children, adult instruction, and water-based physiotherapy.
