Nieuwveen Live! is a community music festival organized by Mijn Gitaarschool, a regional music school, bringing students, local performers, and established acts together in Nieuwveen. The 2026 event is scheduled for May 30 and will feature 18 bands across two stages. A distinctive part of the festival is its focus on student participation: every Mainstage band will perform at least one song with a Mijn Gitaarschool student, while the De Lange Stage highlights bands that grew out of the school.
