With an annual capacity of over 25,000 tons and over 5,000 extrusion dies and NIS ISO-9001-2008 certified, the company produces profiles in press finish, silver, colinal colour, and modern powder-coated forms with this operating capacity. The company has two presses: a 2200 metric tons extrusion press installed in 2007 with a capacity of 10,000 tons per year and a 2,300 metric tonnes extrusion press installed in December 2019 with a capacity of 20,000 tons per year. The Company also has installed and operating a chrome free vertical powder coating equipment which will enable the company produce quality aluminium profiles coated in all rainbow colours. The Company is the strongest Nigerian player in the premium product segment and controls approximately 50% of the Nigerian producers' share of the total premium product market in the country.
