Nigel Support Services

Nigel Support Services is a family-owned NDIS provider based in Yarrabilba, Queensland, supporting adults and young people across Logan and surrounding areas. Guided by personal and family experience, the team aims to provide support that is respectful, reliable and shaped around each person’s goals, choices and everyday routines.

Services include community access, daily living assistance and personal care, household tasks, transport, mentoring, and life-skills development. Transport options include wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Support can help participants attend appointments, connect with others, build confidence and independence, and take part in everyday activities.

Nigel Support Services takes time to understand each participant’s needs and thoughtfully match them with a support worker. A meet-and-greet is arranged before services begin, and a main-and-backup-worker model helps promote consistency. The team also communicates with families and support coordinators and discusses availability individually to assess whether its services are a suitable fit. Its approved NDIS registration groups cover areas including personal activities, transport, daily living, community participation, employment support and group activities.
