Ann's NightOwlArt is a brand that encompasses the artistic journey and expertise of An Tran, also known as Ann Way. With a background in both psychology and art, Ann combines her knowledge and passion to create captivating dance performances and therapeutic experiences.

Born in Vietnam, Ann's art studies have taken her across the globe, including the United Kingdom, before settling down in New Zealand in 2014. As a professional member of the Dance Movement Therapy Association of Australasia, Ann specializes in using art and body movement as a form of therapy, with a particular focus on working with children.

In addition to her therapy work, Ann offers personal therapy sessions for Dance Movement Therapy students. She also serves as a guest lecturer at the University of Auckland's Dance Studies program, and tutors Developmental and Applied Psychology at the School of Psychology.

Ann's dedication and talent have been recognized with the prestigious 2022 Young Leadership Award from the Dance Movement Therapy Association of Australasia. She has also received grants and accolades for her innovative art, including an artist residency and a talent prize in performance art.
