Niittyrinne

Hoivakoti Niittyrinne Oy provides round-the-clock residential support in Kurikka, South Ostrobothnia, for people who need special support. The care home offers a warm, safe, homelike setting close to local services, with individual services and support planned around each resident’s needs, wishes, circumstances, and goals.

Residents live in private apartments of approximately 25–30 square metres, each with its own shower and toilet. Shared spaces support cooking, dining, hobbies, and time together. The professional staff guide and support residents through different stages of life, with the aim of strengthening independence, everyday life skills, and participation in the community. Residents are encouraged to take part in household tasks and activities according to their abilities, and to pursue work and hobbies where possible.

Niittyrinne also plans leisure activities, group outings, and visits to cultural services, supporting a meaningful and active daily life. Its approach emphasizes respect for human dignity, individuality, residents’ strengths, and community. Family members and other loved ones are welcome to visit.
