Nik Linder is a freediving expert and instructor based in Germany, whose work brings together breath training, relaxation, underwater exploration, and travel. After helping introduce diving to visitors as a co-owner of Tauchcenter Freiburg, Linder focused on apnea and freediving, sharing his experience through training, events, and international journeys. His approach also reflects a personal interest in Pranayama, meditation, and the role of breathing in everyday wellbeing.

A central offering is Relaqua, a relaxation concept developed by Linder that draws on apnea techniques, Pranayama, and the calming qualities of water. The program is designed to help participants relax and develop their use of breath. Linder and his team also provide apnea and freediving courses for beginners and experienced divers, alongside Seatrekking adventures for people seeking outdoor experiences on and in the water. Further offerings include organized trips and events, books, talks, and online courses, podcasts, consultations, and breathing and relaxation exercises through Patreon. His website also features interviews, travel reports, and updates on upcoming activities.
