NinArtSwim

NinArt Swim provides swimming coaching and training programs designed to help swimmers move through the water with greater glide, efficiency, and speed. Its approach emphasizes core-led movement, body extension, and coordinated whole-body technique, building skills progressively from essential fundamentals to finer adjustments.

Training is available at the pool through private lessons, paired lessons, and small-group sessions, as well as online. Online swim programs offer structured workouts that swimmers can fit around their schedules and adapt by choosing distances or repeating particular drills. Programs cover multiple swimming strokes, with beginner-friendly courses using dolphin kick in place of full butterfly. Workouts range from 1,500 to 2,500 metres, with on-screen guidance, instructional videos, and a PDF to take to the pool. Training periods are offered in four- or twelve-week formats.

NinArt Swim is led by Niina Airaksinen, whose background includes around 30 years of teaching and coaching across movement disciplines, alongside swimming experience and qualifications as a swimming instructor and coach.
